Qualifications

  • CeMAP Diploma

    The higher level qualification enables advisers to differentiate themselves from their peers and develops specialist knowledge of the mortgage industry to provide clients with an enhanced level of service.

  • R05 (Financial Protection)

    This qualification assesses a knowledge and understanding of and ability to analyse financial protection planning issues.

  • ER1 (Equity Release)

    This examination assesses a knowledge and understanding of the different types of equity release products, risks to the consumer associated with equity release and application of suitable equity release solutions according to the circumstances of different customers.

When Gemma’s at work

Gemma has worked in financial services for more than 16 years and is fully qualified in mortgages, equity release, and financial insurance. She works with clients from all walks of life and specialises in life insurance, helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

When Gemma’s at home

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys staying active at the gym, taking her dog for long countryside walks, and spending quality time with her family.
